LUNG CANCER(saratani ya mapafu) Depending on the size, location, kind, and spread of the tumour, this main cause of cancer-related mortality frequently exhibits a variety of symptoms.This tends to occur mostly with tobacco smokers, such that they will experience some persistent symptoms including chronic dry cough as time goes it can be mixed with blood as well, associated with chest pain , difficulty in breathing and recurrent lung infections , also theses tumour metastasize to other organs in the body ,, then here some constitution symptoms will result depending on the location of the tumour like unexplained weight loss, loss of appetite and fatigue (mwili kuchoka kwa Sana)  Lung cancer can be staged into 4 categories just in summary ,where it localizes the lung at large and spread to other parts including the lymph nodes(Nodi za limfu) , bones,liver,brain e.t.c  Other groups of people affected apart from tobacco smokers include attack due to asbestos and radon exposure in working sites this elevate the high risk for lung cancer , other lung diseases, air pollution ( diesel exhaust), radiation therapy to the chest region  and predisposition due to familial history of lung cancer.  Prevention???? Deal with the risk factors to reduce the mortality and morbidity the pathology, hence provide education to the society at large ⭕.
